How to get started:
You call me at (414) 214-7247.
If we don’t connect, please leave me your name and number, a brief description of your legal issue, and let me know good times to reach you. I will return your call as soon as possible—usually within 24 hours.
We will discuss your issue over the phone to see if I may be able to help you. If the answer is yes, I will likely ask you to provide some of the documents relevant to your situation so that I may further evaluate your case. Please be aware that you are not yet my client: at this stage, I have not agreed to represent you.
Follow up consultation.
After more fully evaluating your case, I will call you to discuss my take on it. If I think that you don’t have a good case, I will tell you. Alternatively, if I believe that your case has merit, I will give you an overview of possible legal claims and/or defenses and explain how the case would likely work.
If you decide that you want to retain me as your attorney and I agree to represent you, I will send you a written agreement describing the proposed terms and goals of the representation. We will meet in person to review and sign the representation agreement, and to further discuss your case.
I start work on your case.
Good communication is essential: you need to stay informed so that you can make the proper decisions in your case. I will keep you informed about the progress of your case and will consult with you as needed to keep things moving forward quickly.
